Our inviting all day kitchen, artisan market, and neighborhood spot was born on the beach, right here in Spring Lake, NJ, the passion project of the Faherty family, where Alex and Mike Faherty grew up. Alex, his wife Kerry, and mom, Ninie, all live in Spring Lake and often can be found working behind the counter or from one of the tables. 
Sun & Waves is your got-to spot for everything from awesome breakfast sandwiches to our famous Malibu chicken salad. We’ve got rotisserie chickens to-go, organic fresh-pressed juices and smoothies. And for all the coffee lovers out there, we serve the best coffee in town! Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or a refreshing drink, Sun & Waves has something for everyone.
